Location : Birmingham, AL

Length of Assignment : 3 years

The position requires working on-site for at least 4 days a week, with the option to work remotely one day if desired.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web application software with a focus on performance and user experience
  • Collaborate effectively within the team and communicate with subject matter experts and field users
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure application quality and reliability
  • Interact with, modify, and create data sources
  • Assist in the deployment and monitoring of web applications in production environments

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in React, Git / GitHub, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, Next.js, Node.js, and Python
  • Preferred skills include Docker, CI / CD pipelines, SQL, NPM, Databricks, and Kubernetes
