Accountant

A company is looking for an Accountant to support multiple client businesses and gain hands-on experience in financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as internal accountant for multiple client businesses, handling tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll journal entries, and reconciliations

Assist with cash flow projections, budgeting, and onboarding new clients while standardizing accounting processes

Support client CPA for year-end closing and tax filing, along with other office administrative duties

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required

3+ years of experience as an accountant or full charge bookkeeper required

2+ years of audit work for a CPA firm preferred

Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
