CBS Colorado is seeking a dedicated and driven Video Photographer / Editor to join our Mountain Bureau team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capture compelling video content with creative shooting structures
- Edit news packages under tight deadlines with precision and speed
- Troubleshoot technical issues on location with minimal support
- Collaborate with reporters and producers to deliver high-quality stories
- Drive safely in winter weather conditions across mountainous terrain
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in video photography and editing, preferably in a TV news environmentStrong understanding of visual storytelling and editing software (Avid Composer, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Suite)Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekendsComfortable working solo in remote locationsResidency in Summit County is strongly preferredValid driver license is requiredPreferred Skills
Prior experience in a broadcast news settingFamiliarity with field production equipment and workflowsStrong communication and organizational skillsWhat We Offer
