Pay : $17 - $21 / hour
Shift : Full-Time, 2nd Shift - Hours : 3 : 00 pm - 11 : 30 pm

Transport clients for admission, discharge, medical appointment, etc.Provide orientation to new clients, check in personal property and perform luggage searchesProvide for the safety of the clients by making rounds including all areas described in the Program Abuse Prevention Plan and overnight bed checksInteract with clients whenever possibleAttend shift change report and department meetingsAssist with the admissions and discharge processChart interaction with clients and observations made in client’s record through electronic charting systemAttend staff meetings and In-service trainings, as requiredPerform other duties as assignedRequired Skills
Must be 21 years of age or olderPrior work experience in a residential treatment center environment helpful, but not requiredCPR and first aid certified - preferred, not requiredAbility to work independentlyPossess a valid driver's licenseThe ability to drive a vehicle continuously for up to three hoursThe ability to lift and move objects weighing a minimum of 25 poundsComputer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word and ExcelStrong interpersonal communication skillsEOSIS (formerly Meridian Behavioral Health) is a leader in behavioral health care and addiction recovery services, with a network of addiction treatment centers in Minnesota.
