Job Description

We are a fast-growing, Silicon Valley-based telecom / IT company serving education, government, and commercial sectors with cutting-edge communication and infrastructure solutions. We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager with strong execution skills to lead digital initiatives across platforms and drive measurable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is ready to take full ownership of campaignsfrom idea to execution. You'll manage projects, create digital content, oversee events, and ensure our brand presence is felt across channels.

This is an on-site position in the Bay Area. Remote applicants will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and produce engaging short-form videos and visual content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Manage content calendars, storyboarding, scripting, production, and platform-specific optimization.
• Showcase customer testimonials, product highlights, behind-the-scenes culture, and thought leadership through video.
