We are seeking a talented and creative UI / UX Designer with a strong background in graphic design to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces across our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience, while also contributing your graphic design skills to enhance our brand's visual identity.

Key Responsibilities :

UI / UX Design :

  • User Research : Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and test design concepts.
  • Visual Design : Design high-fidelity user interfaces, including layout, color schemes, typography, and visual elements, ensuring a consistent and cohesive look and feel across all digital platforms.
  • Interaction Design : Develop intuitive and engaging user interactions, including animations and transitions.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to ensure the final product aligns with the overall vision and user expectations.
  • Design Systems : Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency in design language and elements across all products.
  • Feedback Iteration : Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into design iterations to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Stay Current : Keep up-to-date with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve our products.

Graphics Design :

  • Design marketing collateral, including banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
  • Create visually compelling presentations and infographics to support internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content that aligns with our brand message.

    • Qualifications :

  • Education : BTech / MCA
  • Experience : 2-4yrs
  • Skills :
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
