Residential Development Lawyer

Our Residential team is one of the largest of its kind. We support our clients on a range of projects across the Living Sector. We act for PLC; regional; and SME house builders; registered providers of affordable housing; land promoters; and PRS investors & developers in respect of residential and residential-led mixed-use developments. We now have a new opportunity for a Lawyer to join the team based out of either Newcastle, Bristol, Leeds, Plymouth or Southampton.

Responsibilities

• Work on high value residential development projects, including conditional contracts and transfers, conditional options, and advising on rights of pre-emption, collaboration agreements and development agreements.
• Focus on high value residential development and investment projects within the Living Sector.
• Maintain and develop relationships with major clients and panel appointments; contribute to client events, articles for publications, and other marketing activities.
• Engage in business development activities to support growth of the team.
