Job Description :

Artistry of Face is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our esteemed Nurse Practitioner, Kelly Heffernan, in delivering top-notch care to our patients. You will be required to work at both our Glens Falls and Loudonville locations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for clinical procedures.
• Support the Nurse Practitioner during patient consultations and treatments.
• Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
• Ensure all medical instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use.
• Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions.
