We are searching for a Food and Beverage Director to join our Luxury Resort Executive Team! We have an AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL resort that is very popular in the area! The ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience in the luxury Food and Beverage world and will bring a unique and invaluable perspective to our Executive team!
This position is for a Luxury Resort on the Gulf Coast and will require working and living in West Florida.
Director of Food and Beverage Qualifications :
- 3+ years as Food and Beverage director for a $25M+ food and beverage program
- 1+ years management of a fine dining, high volume outlet or stand-alone restaurant
- 1+ year management of a high-end banquet program $10M+
- Experience and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
- High level of knowledge of Wine, Beer, and Spirits
- Progressive, servant-leader style of leadership with employee empowerment
- Out-of-the-box thinker with a strong understanding of industry trends and direction
