Key Responsibilities
Design and develop training materials, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles and organizational standards
Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and provide coaching to reinforce knowledge and skills
Maintain training documentation and support logistical efforts for training initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in training delivery, technical writing, or instructional content development
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and content management tools like SharePoint or Confluence
Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools such as Articulate or Camtasia
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple training initiatives
