Decision Technologies seeks a qualified Miniature / Microminiature (2M) Electronics Repair Technician to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA.
Position Description :
The candidate will perform Miniature / Microminiature (2M) and Module Test and Repair (MTR) on a variety of electronic systems and components, including circuit card assemblies, cable assemblies, and electronic modules from shipboard, airborne, and ground-based platforms. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting using diagnostic tools such as the Huntron Dual Head Prober, fabricating fiber optic and copper cable assemblies, and documenting repair actions and recommendations. While current support includes systems such as the AN / BPS-15, AN / BPS-16, AN / SPS-48, AN / SPS-67, AN / SPS-73, AN / SPS-80 , and BridgeMaster-E (BME) , candidates with experience in other radar, avionics, or military / industrial electronic systems are encouraged to apply. Work will be performed primarily in a lab environment, with occasional assignments onboard ships, submarines, or at land-based radar and test sites.
