Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Commercial Designer / Project Manager based in Indian Trail, NC. The Senior Commercial Designer will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of commercial projects, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, preparing detailed plans, and coordinating with project teams. This role also involves client interaction, managing schedules and budgets, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, and other design software
• 2-3 Years of Experience in commercial project design and development
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and client interaction skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
• Preferred Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Registration as a Professional Engineer or Architect preferred
