Pay : $2,250 / week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare facility in Kingston, PA on a 13-week travel assignment . The RN will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment for chronic or acute kidney failure. The ideal candidate has solid dialysis experience, strong assessment skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Initiate and monitor dialysis treatments, including set-up and troubleshooting of dialysis machines.
• Administer prescribed medications and fluids as ordered.
• Monitor and document vital signs and treatment responses.
• Collaborate with nephrologists and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, dialysis treatment, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
