Dēliz was born from a love of bold flavors and that dolce vita state of mind - right in the heart of Bucktown. We’re an Italian steakhouse, but not the stiff kind. Think wood-fired steaks, handmade pasta, late-night cocktails, and a vibe that lingers like good conversation and bad decisions.
Our kitchen runs on fire - literally. Chef, Jake Peterson, and his culinary team work a custom Argentinian-style grill, coaxing flavor out of flame. Pastas are made in-house, seasonal, and unapologetically rich. The drinks? master-crafted with an exceptional wine list to boot.
We're your neighborhood go-to when you want a sexy night out but don’t feel like fighting for a parking spot downtown. A place that says yes to your whims, keeps the vibe strong, and lets the night unfold.
Designed by a world-class restaurateur, Steve Gogolab, and run by seasoned Chicago hospitality pros, Dēliz isn’t trying to be everything - just the kind of place you come back to without thinking twice. We’re here to feed you right, take care of you, and maybe - just maybe - get you to stay a little longer than you planned.
