Summary : Join our team of Website Content Specialists who play a pivotal role in developing, editing, and maintaining web pages and applications across our company's portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the optimization of our website content and functionality.
How You'll Shine :
- Content Development : Create, edit, build, and maintain web pages and applications for both existing and future sites ensuring alignment with brand standards and user experience goals
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Drive the execution of requests across Creative, Technology, Brand, and Business Development teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Operational Management : Manage day-to-day tasks and be deeply involved in the project lifecycle to identify potential challenges early and ensure timely progression and delivery
- Request Lifecycle Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of operational requests, from gathering requirements through to testing and launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
- Technical Support : Troubleshoot and provide technical support for content development and releases, ensuring the stability and functionality of web properties
- Continuous Improvement : Proactively seek and implement technical solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of content updates and user experiences
- Additional Duties : Perform other duties as required to support the ongoing success of web initiatives and organizational goals
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multi-Media, Business, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology / Systems, or Marketing preferred. Equivalent significant work experience in Digital Marketing, Authoring, or Web Development may be accepted in place of a degreeMinimum of two (2) years of web production or development experienceExperience within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is a plusEcommerce or online marketing experience, preferably in a high-volume, global online operation or with a large consumer brandTechnical Skills :
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in enterprise-level Content Management Systems (CMS), especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and / or HubSpotIntermediate to advanced skills in HTML and CSSExperience in reading and interpreting JSON APIs and JavaScriptKnowledge of Agile / SCRUM methodologiesStrong foundation and understanding of the software delivery lifecycleProficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Basecamp, or VersionOneFamiliarity with digital ADA compliance requirementsSEO expertise or certifications are a plusOther Skills :
