Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute audits in accordance with professional auditing standards, focusing on operational controls and compliance
Prepare formal work papers and reports, documenting audit work and communicating results to management
Oversee the day-to-day efforts of audit staff, providing training and leadership while ensuring quality audit work
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a job-related field
7 years of auditing or accounting experience, including 1 year of leading audits
Knowledge of auditing principles, cost accounting standards, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Experience with Medicare cost report auditing is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
