Salesforce Solution Lead

A company is looking for a Solution Lead (Salesforce) to develop and implement advanced technical software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client needs and partner with stakeholders to design and develop software solutions

Moderate the solution creation process and manage Agile development practices

Lead and mentor junior team members while ensuring quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Five+ years of experience in a Salesforce environment

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model

Salesforce Developer certification is preferred
