Assistant Project Manager / Estimator

We are hiring for a specialty construction firm just north of Milwaukee, WI!

If you like being on job sites, running the numbers, and managing unique projects — sports courts, turf, vehicle barriers, high security fencing, and more — this is worth a look. This is a well-established (60+ years strong) contractor that builds everything from high-end pickleball courts to commercial paving and athletic facilities. This is a base + bonus role where you’ll be out in the field taking measurements, writing estimates, and walking customers through proposals — not stuck behind a desk.

Requirements :

2+ years of construction experience (General Contractor Preferred)

Previous client facing experience

Experience writing estimates

Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with clean record
