  • End Date : November 12, 2025\n
  • Contract Duration : 13 weeks\n
  • Shift : Day Shift, Monday–Friday (6 : 30am–3 : 00pm or 8 : 00am–4 : 30pm)\n
  • Hours per Week : 40\n
  • On-Call / Weekends : No call or weekend shifts required\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1880–$2020\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program\n
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon\n
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)\n
  • Current CPR certification\n
  • ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months\n
  • Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required; multispecialty OR experience preferred\n
  • Experience in acute care hospital preferred\n
  • CNOR and PALS certifications preferred\n
  • Strong emergency management, organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills\n

    • \n\nOperating Room Nurse Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver safe, quality patient care throughout the intraoperative period\n
  • Conduct pre-op patient assessments and monitor patient status during surgery\n
  • Apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and document patient care\n
  • Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia, and healthcare team members\n
  • Carry out physician orders and assist anesthesia staff as needed\n
  • Maintain competencies in aseptic technique, sterile procedures, and universal precautions\n
  • Anticipate and implement appropriate care during all phases of surgery\n
  • Participate in orientation and training of new staff\n
  • Identify and minimize safety hazards for sedated and anesthetized patients\n
  • Comply with infection control, safety standards, and facility policies\n
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives\n
  • Other duties as assigned\n
