Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a bilingual Immigration Partner to join its Tax practice group in the Miami office.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 8+ years of immigration experience practicing in a law firm.

This position will entail working closely with other partners and senior associates on employment-based (temporary and permanent) and family-based immigration petitions and applications.

This candidate will represent the firm’s clients before the USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service), as well as consular and other government authorities in the processing a variety of visas including E-2 Treaty visas for investors and managers, O-2 visas for extraordinary ability, and L-1 intracompany transferee for executives, managers and specialized knowledge visas. Qualified candidates must have excellent drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within deadlines.

Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, and a member of the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one.

Portable book of business required.
