Job Description

As a Security Officer - Front Desk Patrol in Lake Placid, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact in a dynamic commercial real estate location. Your role involves greeting guests, monitoring access, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You'll engage with visitors and tenants, address inquiries, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
