- Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of light industrial construction projects.

Manage project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.\n
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.\n
Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and risk management.\n
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.\n
Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff.\n \n

8+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, with a focus on light industrial projects.\n
Proven track record of managing projects valued at $10M+.\n
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.\n
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and budgeting tools.\n
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\n \n
