  • Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of light industrial construction projects.

\n

  • Manage project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.

    • \n

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

    • \n

  • Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and risk management.

    • \n

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

    • \n

  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff.

    • \n \n

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, with a focus on light industrial projects.

    • \n

  • Proven track record of managing projects valued at $10M+.

    • \n

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

    • \n

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and budgeting tools.

    • \n

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    • \n \n
