Overview

We're partnering with a fast-growing InsurTech business headquartered in Charlotte that's transforming how insurers deliver technology-led customer experiences across Life and P&C markets. With ambitious growth plans and a strong client-base, they're seeking a Head of Implementation to own end-to-end client delivery across their US portfolio.

The Opportunity

Implementation is at the heart of this company's success—and this role requires a proven leader who can tighten execution, accelerate delivery, and mature the implementation function as the business scales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all client implementations across the US, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Build out implementation capability and processes by defining repeatable, scalable playbooks to support future growth.
  • Serve as the executive delivery lead for key US insurance clients, overseeing governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and Product teams to align delivery with product strategy and client expectations.
  • Introduce structure, consistency, and accountability to the delivery process to support company growth.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery within Life or P&C insurance.
  • Strong track record leading SaaS or InsurTech implementations, with knowledge of TPA systems, CRM platforms, third-party integrations, APIs, etc.
  • Familiarity with API integration patterns and US market data standards.
  • Skilled at managing cross-functional teams and establishing effective client governance.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, in-office leadership role within a scaling environment.
  • Passionate about driving improvement, building frameworks, and delivering results quickly and reliably.
