A company is looking for a Director, Technical Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally to identify potential accounting issues and recommend solutions
Prepare high-quality accounting memorandums for new business activities and support financial audits
Develop corporate accounting policies and champion process improvements within the accounting function
Required Qualifications
Accounting Degree and CPA required
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Experience in Big 4 or Mid-Tier firms as a manager or Sr. Manager
Strong / Advanced Technical GAAP experience with specific ASC standards
Financial Services or Fin-tech industry experience is a plus
