Key Responsibilities
Review and validate Standard Operating Model (SOM) workflows across revenue cycle areas
Track outstanding tasks and workflow milestones, ensuring documentation is complete and aligned with governance standards
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to investigate performance gaps and contribute to improvement plans
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with MS Office products
HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or HFMA Certified Specialist Business Intelligence (CSBI) within 9 months of hire
Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
Demonstrated professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic environment
