Experience : 2 years minimum

License : Registered Nurse License

Certifications :

BLS - Basic Life Support Certification (Healthcare Provider / Professional Rescuer)
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification

Must-Have :

Successful completion of a general care orientation is required.

Successful completion of two critical care unit orientations (PICU, NICU, or ED).

Ability to independently initiate standards of nursing practice related to assigned patients.

Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Description :

Resource Pool Level 3 RNs are part of a team of caregivers providing staffing support to a variety of units.

Level 3 RNs are able to take assignments in general care units as well as at least two critical care units.

Assigned units will be within the Level 3 RN's skill level and could include general / specialty units and critical care units.

All Level 3 Staff RNs are supported by the leadership of the general care and critical care units.

They report to the Operations Center Manager.
