Director of Operations

Job Description

Mission-driven company seeking a Director of Operations who is passionate about making a difference and embraces their mission to help reduce stress and anxiety in the world. The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day management of two retail locations, acting as the right hand to the CEO and ensuring smooth operations across retail, production, shipping, and ecommerce.

This is an onsite role in Lake Placid, NY

Key responsibilities and skills include :

• Oversee retail operations, production scheduling, shipping, and ecommerce
• Manage and train staff, ensuring stores are clean, organized, and on-brand
• Forecast inventory needs and coordinate purchasing for both locations
• Monitor sales performance, set goals, and implement process improvements
• Use Shopify, Inventora, QuickBooks, and Google Drive for daily operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and support a positive team culture
