As a Solution Consultant you’ll be at the center of designing and delivering state-of-the-art automated material handling systems that transform how our customers run their logistics operations. From the first customer conversation to the final solution design, you’ll combine technical expertise with creativity, translating business needs into smart, efficient, and future-ready systems.

You won’t just be behind a desk – you’ll be out with customers, analyzing operations, running simulations, and presenting your concepts with confidence. This is a role for someone who loves working across the full spectrum of consulting, engineering, and customer collaboration – and who’s ready to make an impact in a global, fast-paced industry.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a driven engineering professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, problem-solving, and customer collaboration. You combine a solid engineering foundation with hands-on experience in automated material handling, and you’re motivated by designing solutions that truly make a difference for clients. You’re just as comfortable analyzing complex data as you are standing in front of a customer, explaining your findings with clarity and confidence.
