Mitigation Production Manager

The restoration project manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
- Create and Maintain Budgets based off scope of repairs and insure project come in on time and underbudget.
- Pulls permits required by municipality. Contacts building department to discuss items unique to the project.
- Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
- Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
- Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representatives
- Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and other material assets
- Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times
- Participate in recruiting, hiring and training production teammates
Position Requirements
Effective written and oral communication with intermediate math and computer skillsExperience in reconstruction / remolding preferredHigh school diploma / GEDXactimate experience a PLUS!Valid drivers license requiredAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning products / chemicalsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPay Rate
Competitive salary based on experience plus Commission.
