Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine the Paid Media strategy and playbook, focusing on paid search and social
Lead and mentor a team of Paid Media professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery
Manage relationships with strategic partners and act as a strategic advisor for enterprise-level accounts
Required Qualifications
10+ years in Paid Media marketing, preferably in a high-volume agency setting
7+ years of experience managing teams across all levels
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads
Experience marketing to legal or medical practitioners is highly preferred
Demonstrated history of driving innovation and enhancing Paid Media performance
