A company is looking for a Talent Services Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee case management within Workday Help, ensuring timely resolution of employee inquiries and maintaining service delivery metrics
Drive compliance initiatives and manage training, audit requests, and alignment with HR policies and labor laws
Enhance HR systems and processes through workflow improvements, data integrity maintenance, and operational support
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Generalist role
Proficiency in an HRIS platform, preferably Workday
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Experience with global labor laws and visa / work permit regulations is a plus
