Painter / Maintenance Helper
Job Overview :
Arundel Lodge, Inc. a behavioral health agency located in Edgewater, MD is looking for a Part Time Painter / Maintenance Helper to strengthen the Facilities Department.
Job Description :
- The Painter / Maintenance Helper will be responsible for assisting with repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Appliances, and interiors.
- Patch holes, cracks, replace damaged drywall, paint walls, ceilings, doors, windows.
- Complete vehicle inspections each month and maintain records, complete fire extinguisher check and HVAC filters.
Key Responsibilities :
Qualifications :
Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent and (2-3) years experience. Valid Driver's License and clear driving record. Must be able to work on call and extended hours as needed.
$22 - $23 an hour
Compensation details : 22-23 Hourly Wage
