• Start Date : 10 / 27 / 25
• Contract Duration : 5-month (potential contract to hire)
• Worksite Location : 100% remote | Must be located in or within 50 miles of St. Louis, MO Madison, WI, or Omaha, NE
• Hourly Rate : $19.00 per hour W2
• Work Schedule - must be available to work any shift during the following hours : Monday – Friday : 8 : 00am – 8 : 00pm | Saturday : 9 : 00am-3 : 00pm (on rotation about once per quarter)
• Training Schedule : First 4-6 weeks from 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
• Note : Computer / Equipment will be provided, computer must be hardwired connected by an ethernet cable. Internet Speed Test Requirements will be requested.

Health Plan Specialist Job Summary :

The Health Plan Specialists supports the member population that receives their health insurance coverage through their employer. The Health Plan Specialist will assist members with questions related to billing, benefits, enrollment and claim inquiries.
