ARCH Design is a national leader in artwork, signage, and graphics for healthcare and senior living. We help improve the patient and resident experience with creative, integrated solutions.

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Account Coordinator to support our sales and marketing team. This role is about keeping our outreach organized, generating new opportunities, and making sure prospects move smoothly through the pipeline. You’ll work with modern sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and partner closely with leadership to help drive growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage leads and contacts in CRM, keeping data clean and organized
  • Research and source new leads using prospecting platforms
  • Run and refine outreach campaigns and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain contact lists and sales sequences
  • Generate quick reports to track progress
  • Work with leadership to share insights and adjust strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in sales development, inside sales, or sales support
  • Comfortable with CRMs (Salesforce or similar) and outreach tools (HubSpot or similar)
  • Experience using prospecting platforms (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
  • Bonus : experience in healthcare, senior living, or design industries
