• Proficiency in Mastercam 5-axis programming
• Likes to be challenged with complex, tight tolerance parts
• Confidence in ability to achieve challenging surface finish requirements
• Passionate about machining
• Desires to be the best among colleagues who appreciate what that means
• Generates creative and innovative ideas
• Ability to design and build custom fixturing when necessary.
• Possesses Siemens and Fanuc multi-axis experience
• Understands what it means to possess the highest-tier programming skills
• Possesses vast knowledge and understanding of working with all types of materials including, Stainless, Exotics, Aluminum, Tool steels.
• Self-motivated with ability to take projects from start to finish
• Must have extreme self-confidence, but also excel at working with others, while participating in a team environment
• Eager and willing to teach and share knowledge with others
• Quietly confident
• Robust programming experience
• Able to lead and be led
