Modern Hydrogen is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our General & Administrative team based in Woodinville, WA. Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Process bi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll and prepare associated journal entries.
• Review and enter AP invoices for expense coding accuracy utilizing NetSuite Bill Capture and support in vendor set-up as needed.
• Initiate AP payments weekly for approval in banking platform utilizing bill pay, ACH and wire payments. Enter AP payments in NetSuite.
• Manage the initial set-up of ACH vendors in banking platform.
• Assist with month end close process, including the preparation of adjusting and accruing entries.
• Maintain company credit cards and assist in reviewing and / or preparing expense reports.
• Support external audit and tax requirements, providing schedules, account reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Prepare specialized reports and accounting data analysis as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

This is an onsite role (4 days onsite + tentatively 1-day WFH). Final schedule will be determined during job offer.
