Austin Commercial is currently seeking a MEPF Superintendent for our Houston TX Division. Responsibilities :

• Operations manager to review projects with MEPF team and determine level of MEPF oversight for each project
• Once an MEPF superintendent is assigned to a project;
• Get schedule for jobsite weekly meetings
• Review spec related equipment issues with ACLP PM's and subcontractor PM's
• Review all drawings for BAS related notes
• Subcontractor page turn
• Meet with designated sub project manager as well as field supervisor
• Review specs, then details, then risers, then schedules, then plan
• Have subs note all unusual or conflicting items and have them turn into thoughtful email clarification or RFI
• Have separate meeting with prime subs and their larger 3rd party subs
• VDC and BIM will need your guidance
• Assist subcontractors with construction plans
• Begin TAB / START UP / COMMISSIONING conversations
• Drive subcontractors toward schedule completion with final integrated systems in mind
• Drive ACLP team toward schedule completion with final integrated systems in mind
• Coordinate everyone involved in providing a final integrated system as designed
• Pre-commission
• Schedule final commissioning of systems
