Job Criteria (Expectations and Responsibilities)

Must-Haves :

  • 1-2 years experience in social media marketing or content creation (or a strong portfolio)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Basic design / video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)

  • Ability to engage and grow audiences across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Creative thinker with an eye for trends and local culture
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

    • Core Responsibilities :

  • Brand Immersion (Weeks 1–2)

    • ○ Participate in team activities and rotate through various roles (front desk, birthday party setup, customer support)

    Learn Funbox's voice, brand values, and customer base

    ○ Get familiar with how daily operations impact guest experiences

  • Content Strategy

    • ○ Build a monthly content calendar (events, holidays, promotions, etc.)

    ○ Develop and manage social media campaigns (e.g., birthday promos, school holidays)

    ○ Plan real-time content around what’s happening at the park

    ○ Practice building creatives using brand templates

  • Content Creation & Scheduling

    • ○ Capture in-park footage (kids playing, birthday parties, staff highlights)

    ○ Post daily / weekly across platforms (Instagram Stories / Reels, TikTok, etc.)

    ○ Write engaging captions and incorporate calls to action

  • Community Engagement ○ Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions

    • ○ Manage google / yelp reviews and parent / community questions

    ○ Run contests, giveaways, and “highlight of the week” features

  • Influencer & Collab Outreach

    • ○ Identify and coordinate with local family influencers

    Plan and execute influencer days / events

    ○ Maintain collaboration tracking sheet

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • ○ Track engagement, growth, and content performance

    ○ Report key metrics and suggest improvements
