Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An educational services program is accepting applications for Substitute CPI Paraprofessionals to provide short-term classroom and behavioral assistance. This role supports students with diverse learning and behavioral needs during staff absences.
Responsibilities / Duties :
Deliver instructional and behavioral assistance aligned with student IEP goals
Apply CPI de-escalation and intervention methods to manage behavioral incidents safely
Supervise and support students individually or in small groups during classroom activities
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to all safety protocols
Support consistent implementation of classroom routines and expectations
Qualifications / Desired Experience :
Active CPI certification required
Experience in special education or behavioral-support environments preferred
Knowledge of positive behavior interventions and student support techniques
Reliable attendance and adaptability for substitute placements

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $48.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
