Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical & Scientific Communications Specialist with a strong background in scientific communication and medical writing to support strategic initiatives within a Global Medical Affairs team. The ideal candidate brings oncology experience (CAR-T preferred), thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and synthesize complex scientific and medical content, with an emphasis on CAR-T therapy and broader oncology topics.
• Develop and tailor key scientific messaging for both internal and external stakeholders, including summaries, abstracts, and content for publication planning.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by aligning with internal teams, agencies, and external partners under tight timelines and in a matrixed pharma environment.
• Contribute to Global Medical Affairs team operations, including meeting coordination, agenda building, slide preparation, and capturing meeting minutes and follow-ups.
• Maintain project tracking and communication through light project management efforts.
• Assist with HCP engagement support, including payment and sponsorship tracking processes.
• Support newsletter creation and digital content updates, including basic site maintenance and administration across platforms (Teams, SharePoint, SKIM).
• Manage vendor relationships for advisory boards, steering committees, and other external collaborations.
