The role you'll contribute : Supports rehab therapy care delivery by preparing and assisting in treatment area, patients, equipment, and materials.

The value you'll bring to the team : Adapts to changes in workload by altering working hours to assist in other areas, centers, or programs as approved by the supervisor or manager. Supports quality standards and initiatives set by the department and participates in practice changes as a result of performance improvement activities. Other duties as assigned. Anticipates needs and assists staff with patient care, treatment, and other tasks by promptly carrying out assigned activities. Ensures patient and staff safety by recognizing and responding appropriately to situations that increase risk.
