About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Profession : Nursing

Specialty : Intensive Care Unit / Progressive Care Unit

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of previous ICU or PCU RN experience.

License : Valid state license

Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS

Must-Have :

• At least 1 travel contract completed.
• Comfortable floating between ICU, PCU, and Med Surg.

Description :

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

The traveler will be asked to float to ICU and PCU units throughout the facility, with occasional floating to Med Surg.

Nurse to patient ratio for ICU is 2 : 1.

Nurse to patient ratio for PCU is 3 : 1.

Winter holidays : Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Year’s, or Thanksgiving).

Limit of 1 day request off between 11 / 26 / 25 - 11 / 30 / 25 and 12 / 23 / 25 - 1 / 2 / 26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.
