Adult Day Support Counselor - MH (Hampton-NNCSB)

The role is onsite and focuses on delivering high-quality behavioral health services in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Annual Salary : $48,317

Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am – 4 : 30pm

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Provide essential support in areas such as independent living skills training, vocational coaching, and crisis intervention.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored case management plans to ensure clients receive necessary resources.
• Apply assessment principles to influence treatment planning and facilitate individual and group psychosocial development sessions.
• Engage clients in recreational and leisure activities; monitor progress and advocate for clients' rights.
• Serve as a backup intake worker to facilitate client intakes and follow up with those in need.
