Customer Dispatch Coordinator

Location : Medford, OR (On-site)

Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday, 8 : 00am PST - 5 : 00pm PST

Compensation : $22 / hr plus bonus opportunity

Position Overview :

The Dispatch / Delivery Coordinator is part of the Driveway fulfillment team. They are responsible for fulfillment coordination between customers and fulfillment centers. Dispatch teams are aligned into Shop or Sell segments.

What You'll Do :

• Coordinates deliveries between Driveway customers and fulfillment centers
• Responsible for setting appointment time and status in Scheduling, CRM and TMS program
• Keeps customer informed on delivery status
• Follows up with customer post-delivery to ensure complete satisfaction
• Escalates post-delivery customer concerns to appropriate department
• Responsible for pre-delivery vehicle readiness between selling location and fulfillment center
