Trillium Staffing is seeking an Operational Leader for direct-hire in Northern Michigan!

The Site Operations Leader will manage the day-to-day operations of the industrial facility, ensuring products meets safety, quality, time, and cost requirements. This direct hire Operations Leader role includes overseeing production supervisors and maintenance personnel to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Direct Hire Role. $65k-$80K depending on experience.
