About the Role :

Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Technician and become a vital part of our dedicated team in Toledo, OH! We are looking for skilled technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of major appliances. Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and repair major appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and service calls.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot appliance issues.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in appliance repair or related field.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with various appliance brands and models.
  • EPA certification for refrigerant handling is a plus.
