Kalos Services is seeking a hands-on Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead and manage night shift operations on large-scale commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys solving problems on the ground, and takes pride in leading crews by example.
We're looking for someone who's not just directing from a distance , but actively involved in the nightly workflow— setting up job sites, supporting crews , enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring productivity and project alignment from start to finish. Your presence on the jobsite will be critical to driving results and keeping work moving efficiently during overnight hours.

- This role requires flexibility to travel to various job sites as projects demand within FL and GA. While we strive to provide advance notice, you must be willing to relocate or travel as needed—flexibility and reliability are essential to success in this position.
Compensation
$75,000–90,000 annuallyResponsibilities
Begin with an on-site inspection at 8 : 30 PM , leading the nightly setup processManage access control to gates, laydown areas, and Conex containersDistribute job badges and conduct toolbox talks with team leadsSet clear expectations and assign nightly tasks based on scope of workWalk the job site regularly to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality workmanshipSupport the crew directly with basic tools, layout, measurements , and setupTake and share progress photos via designated channelsEnsure end-of-shift reports and site cleanup protocols are followedOversee transition walkthroughs with the day shift superintendentAttend customer or internal meetings as requiredBe the go-to resource for problem-solving and crew support throughout the nightAny other duties as needed to ensure project successRequirements
3+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Foreman or SuperintendentHands-on knowledge of basic tools, layout methods, construction sequencing , and nightly logisticsAbility to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specificationsFamiliarity with steel erection , retrofits, and upfits is a plus—but leadership is keyOSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Strong organizational and communication skillsProven ability to lead, teach, and motivate field teamsProficient in using measurement tools and conducting take-offsBasic computer / scheduling software skillsFamiliarity with Orlando-area construction codes is a plusMust be dependable, proactive, and committed to jobsite excellenceValid driver's license and ability to travel to changing jobsite locationsApplication form
