The Sr. Analyst, IT - Systems Administrator role is to install, secure, administer, and maintain Aspire Bakeries enterprise infrastructure systems; including active directory, M365 / Entra ID, domain services, Windows Server Platforms, enterprise storage, Multi-Cloud / Hybrid Services and virtualized environments across the Americas for data center, bakery, and branch offices. Ensuring security, integrity and high-availability of enterprise systems and related components is essential. This includes ensuring the availability of client / server applications, configuring and installing updates, and developing processes and procedures for ongoing monitoring and management of mission critical services. Sr. Analyst, IT - Systems Administrator will assist in overseeing the physical security, integrity, and safety of the data center / server farms and globally distributed systems and will require occasional travel and weekend work. This position will also assist other infrastructure teams with operations related to Aspire Bakeries overall enterprise IT infrastructure. Additional responsibilities include Tier 2\3 support for our distributed technologies, occasional on-call duty and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the high-availability and security of active directory and domain services infrastructure including trusts, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, AD CS, group policies, file server shares, DFS, print services, etc.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of highly-available server and storage\SAN infrastructure.
• Manage and administer M365 Suite including Exchange Online, Teams and OneDrive for Business.
• Monitor and test system performance and provide performance statistics and reports to ensure service levels are met.
• Recommend and execute modifications to system environments in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Plan and implement system upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches.
• Serve as cornerstone for escalating system issues; provide timely response to escalations.
• Create PowerShell scripts as required to automate common and / or repetitive tasks.
• Develop and maintain design, support and training documentation.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements :

Pay Range : $100,000 - $125,000
