Business Analyst - Technology Modernization - Service at HOLT Group. The Business Analyst – Technology Modernization drives the execution of the ERP project's workstream focused on growth and operational excellence. The individual collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to keep the workstream on track, within budget, and delivering measurable value. Responsibilities include identifying and influencing business process improvements, facilitating change management, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. They gather and analyze data, create process documentation, and communicate product strategies effectively to diverse audiences. Additionally, the role involves advocating for standard ERP functionality and ensuring successful adoption through training and support. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional collaboration and communication skills, along with functional business knowledge and hands-on experience in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; collaborate with key internal / external resources; participate in ongoing self-development.
- Facilitate change management between IT and business partners, acting as an emissary.
- Model, promote, reinforce, and reward the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership tools, models, and processes to align with Vision, Values, and Mission.
- Support the workstream's alignment with broader business goals; collaborate with value stream leadership to support growth and operational excellence.
- Help ensure the workstream stays on track, within budget, and delivers value; report progress, manage resources, and resolve issues in collaboration with other project resources.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, Equipment, Service, Data, IT, and other departments to address diverse business needs.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements; propose initiatives to enhance decision-making, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
- Support change-management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems; engage employees and drive transitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders; provide regular updates and ensure leadership and business units are informed and engaged.
- Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, create process maps, analyze root causes, QA test, validate data, and create functional documentation with value stream leads.
- Work with Business Leads and Subject Matter Experts to understand strategy, write / refine requirements, and prioritize features to balance investment and business value.
- Support success metrics for the workstream; demonstrate user engagement and value to clients and internal partners.
- Ensure external partners and vendors meet workstream needs; escalate if timelines and milestones are not met.
- Participate in training plans, content creation, and delivery to maximize employee engagement and system utilization.
- Document unknown requirements and raise them to Business Leads to coordinate among stakeholders.
- Prototype new procedures to enhance ERP processes, operations, and information flow; advocate for leveraging out-of-the-box functionality over custom solutions.
- Own and ensure successful delivery of new ERP solutions; adhere to safety policies and all company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 3 years in process improvement, business operations, and / or project management.Minimum 3 years of functional workstream experience strongly preferred; highly collaborative liaison between departments.Travel
Up to 30% travel and overnight travel may be expected. Valid driver's license required.Physical Requirements
