Required Procedures : normal GI procedures like endoscopies and colonoscopies, along with ERCP capabilityEMR : Currently using Paragon with plans to switch to EPIC later in 2026Support Staff : Endoscopy trained GI nursing staff for proceduresHow many patients and procedures per day : Number of patients and procedures per day will vary, they expect the load to be up to 10 patients per day to round on and procedures as needed for this.Is there an Anesthesiologist on site or is conscious sedation required? There is Anesthesia backup and they do prefer conscious sedation when possible.Is ERCP or EUS Required? ERCP RequiredIs there rounding involved? YesWho admits the patients? Is it the locum or does hospitalist handle? The hospital will admit the patientsTypes of cases? Abdominal pain, GI bleed, SBO, food bolus, Ulceration, gastritis, perhaps diagnose carcinoma but no treatment.Requirements
